REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This refund and cancellation policy describes the circumstances under which Solkhe Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," "our") will issue a refund and the process of claiming a refund.

CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY:

If you have changed your mind after making the initial payment, you can request cancellation of the service. We will consider cancellation requests as per the following:

  • A cancellation request is raised within 12 hours of making the payment. and
  • execution of the project has not started already.

CANCELLATION PROCESS:

Please send us a cancellation request at [email protected] within 12 hours of payment. It may take up to seven (7) working days to reflect the amount in your bank account.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

If you are not happy with the outcome, we consider refund requests as per the following:

  • Full refund: If the project hasn't started or you haven't approved the initial design.
  • Partial refund (based on the amount of work completed): If you approve the initial design but we fail to deliver the final project as per your expectations.
  • No refund: If the project is complete and uploaded to a server.

REFUND PROCESS:

Please send us a refund request at [email protected] within 3-5 working days. Refunds may take up to seven (7) working days to reflect in your bank account.
